Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

QUANTSCASE is a quantitative stock research and screener platform for the Indian equity market. The Service provides:

• Quantitative stock screeners (momentum, quality, value, growth, and more)
• Sector and sub-sector return analysis
• Macro and economic indicator dashboards
• Stock performance snapshots and historical data

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Account and authentication

You sign in to the Service using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@quantscase.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or systematically download data from the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Republish or redistribute QUANTSCASE data or screener outputs commercially without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Data accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data presented on the Service. Market data may be delayed, incorrect or incomplete. Always verify data from official exchange sources before acting on it.

8. Intellectual property

All content, logos, design, code and screener methodologies on the Service are the exclusive property of QUANTSCASE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QUANTSCASE and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any investment decisions made based on information from the Service
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to QUANTSCASE in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 500 if you have not paid anything).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QUANTSCASE harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
